1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
EMMYDEVEAUX ships to Canada (our home land duhh), United States, Europe and Australia. Email email@example.com if you have specific questions about your shipping location.
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM AND WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT SHIPS?
For the majority of our items in stock we ship same day (during the week) or within one business day of your order. Please make sure to check the description box when ordering online as some of our items are pre-orders and will have a specified delivery date.
Once your order has been sent you will receive a tacking number that will be send to you via email with a notification that your order has been fulfilled.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING – Approximately 6-8 business days, it may be less if you are closer to our fulfillment centre in Edmonton.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Approximately 2-4 business days.
XPRESSPOST – Approximately 1-2 business days.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING – Approximately 8-10 business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Approximately 4-7 business days.
NEXY DAY US – Receive the next business day.
3. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on.
If you are in Edmonton and area, please make an appointment at our showroom for returns or exchanges.
Outside of Edmonton please click the link below to receive a pre-paid for label to ship the item back. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Shipments sent in boxes will be rejected, please send back in the bag you received or an equivalent bag. You can print a label for Canadian returns here!
RETURN POLICY ON SPECIALTY BLACK LABEL ITEMS:
Due to the custom nature of these specialty products, our Black Label Items can only be exchanged for other products, no refunds will be provided on Black Label items. This includes: the: 5way jacket, pleather blazer, and zipper dress.
USA AND OTHER COUNTRIES
We currently do not offer returns in other countries. If you need help with sizing or have a problem with your order, please contact us! We are awesome at picking the right size for customers if we do say so ourselves!

EMMYDEVEAUX was started in Edmonton, AB, Canada! We currently have a headquarters in Edmonton at 6924 104 St NW!

5. WHERE CAN I SHOP YOUR PIECES?
If you are in Alberta, you can come shop at our showroom in Edmonton. Just book an appointment through the website to come see us! We also carry a limited collection of our EMMYDEVEAUX basics in Grand Prairie, AB at D.LUXE Boutique!

6. WHAT MAKES YOUR PIECES UNIQUE?
Our founder, Emily, knows fit and fabric like none other! Throughout her career as a personal shopper and a retail and real estate expert she has come to know how to dress women’s bodies to make them feel powerful and confident. Emily uses her knowledge of fabric and fit to maximize the number of different body shapes and sizes that will fit into our pieces!
Our EMMYDEVEAUX basics are also a double layer of fabric. The purpose of the double layer is to contour the body and smooth cellulite and bumps, we are women we all have it! Our pieces are high quality, washable and will last you a long time! That combination is hard to find!
