To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on. All returns or exchanges must be approved before they are shipped back. Please contact email@example.com to have you return or exchange approved.
Shipments sent in boxes will be rejected, please send back in the bag you received or an equivalent bag.

|We accept returns from the US within 30 days of your purchase but require you to pay shipping fees. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve your return before you send it back. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.|
If a pre-order comes in and is not up to EMMYDEVEAUX quality standards a credit will be issued that can be used in-store or online towards another EMMYDEVEAUX product. If you require another size in the item we can exchange if sizes are available. There are no refunds on pre-orders.
|SPECIALTY BLACK LABEL ITEMS:|
Due to the custom nature of these specialty products, our Black Label Items can only be exchanged for other products, no refunds will be provided on Black Label items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please make sure we have approved your return or exchange before you send it back. This can be done by contacting email@example.com
