To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags on. Items that have been altered or tailored are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
Shipments sent in boxes will be rejected, please send back in the bag you received the product in or an equivalent bag.

|We accept returns from the US within 30 days of your purchase
as long as the item is in new condition with tags. US customers are required to pay return shipping fees. Please contact us at email@example.com to approve your return before you send it back. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any items that have been tailored are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit.
If a FUNDIT item comes in and is not up to EMMYDEVEAUX quality standards a credit will be issued that can be used in-store or online towards another EMMYDEVEAUX product. If you require another size in the item we can exchange subject to size availability. There are no refunds on FUNDIT items.
Our Founder & Designer reserves the right to take the time necessary so that each product is the highest quality and as close to the sample as possible. Often there are unpredictable situations that can extend the production time by 20 days.

|SPECIALTY BLACK LABEL ITEMS:|
Due to the custom nature of these specialty products, our Black Label Items can only be exchanged for other products, no refunds will be provided on Black Label items.
No returns however exchanges are okay if the size is available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please make sure we have approved your return or exchange before you send it back. This can be done by contacting email@example.com
